Katarzyna Prusak – Górniak

Katarzyna Prusak – Górniak is a legal adviser, a graduate of the Jagiellonian University and the National School of Public Administration.

Katarzyna is Head of the Digital Affairs Unit, cyberattaché at the Permanent Representation of the Republic of Poland to the EU in Brussels, responsible for negotiations of the draft NIS2 Directive, eIDASv2 Regulation and all matters related to cybersecurity, personal data protection, eID, e-government and cloud computing. She was also former Director of the Legal Department in the Ministry of Digital Affairs and is currently Vice Chair of the Governing Board of the European Cybersecurity Competence Centre (ECCC).
