Project Management and Coordination (WP1)

The coordination activity is responsible for the administrative, financial, technical and quality management of the project; ensuring that the project achieves its commitments on schedule and within budget. It coordinates the efforts of the consortium using the governance models developed where possible and establish the means of cooperation and communication among the partners. The Project Coordinator (PC) leads this work and is the formal contact with the EC Project Officer.
